Seminar with SBN Geoff Keerie, 7th Dan and one of the most senior members of the EMTF. SBN Keerie will conduct a seminar on a wide range of topics such as pressure points, applied self defence and bone breaking interspersed with stories from his martial arts career. This seminar will mix listening with doing so please bring a notebook with you.
Saturday 18th November -10am-12pm:
Seminar on applied self defence taught by KSN Richards, KSN Middleton & SBN Leonard. Two hours of applied selfdefence working with partners to generate the most effective results from minimal applied effort utilising their knowledge of locks, strikes, pressure points and various methods of controlling an assailant.
